Review

Our recruitment team will review your application to determine if you meet the qualifications needed to join our network of talented freelancers.

Phone
Interview

If you’re a match, we’ll reach out via WhatsApp or phone to schedule a brief interview, where we’ll discuss your experience and answer any questions you may have.

Step 6

Submit Required
Information

After a successful interview, you’ll receive an email requesting the necessary documents and information to complete your onboarding.

Step 7

Download the
Workstaff App

You’ll need to download the "Workstaff" app, which we use for time-tracking and invoicing, to streamline your work and payment processes.

Step 8

Schedule Your
First Event

Once onboarded, we’ll schedule you for your first event, providing all the details you need to hit the ground running on day one.
